Gozmann SAS uses order and contact details to fulfil purchases and answer questions. This notice explains our data use and retention.

What we collect

Orders: name, address, email, optional phone and gift message. Card payment is handled by our provider; Gozmann does not see or store card numbers. Shopping assistant questions are used only to answer you. Browser storage holds your bag, wishlist and recently viewed items; an order-status cookie lets you view your order.

Purposes and legal bases

Order data is used to perform the contract; accounting records are kept to meet legal duties; service and account security is based on our legitimate interest in security.

Recipients

Our payment provider, carriers Colissimo and DHL, and hosting and IT providers bound by contract.

Retention

Unpaid checkouts: 30 days. Orders: 10 years. Staff security logs: 1 year. Backups: 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where applicable. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to the CNIL or your local authority.

Cookies and storage

Only the order-status cookie and browser storage for bag, wishlist and recently viewed items are used. They are strictly necessary. No analytics or advertising cookies.
