Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and express 2 to 3, to France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria.
What is the free shipping threshold?
Standard shipping is free above the threshold shown in the announcement bar and in your bag.
Returns
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can only be returned if faulty.

What is the difference between EDT, EDP and extrait?
It is a matter of concentration of fragrance materials: eau de toilette is lighter, eau de parfum more present, extrait denser and longer-lasting.
How should I store my perfume?
Away from light and heat, in its box if possible, with the cap tightly closed.
