Terms & conditions

These terms govern purchases from Gozmann SAS, the seller identified in the legal notice. They explain ordering, payment, delivery, returns and your rights.

Scope and seller

These terms apply to sales by Gozmann SAS, société par actions simplifiée, 14 rue de Saintonge, 75003 Paris, France, RCS Paris 912 345 678. Contact: [email protected].

Products

Product descriptions and photographs present the items offered.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in the delivery country. Delivery costs are shown before ordering.

Ordering

Add products to your bag, complete checkout and confirm payment. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Your order page is the confirmation.

Payment

Payment is made by card through our payment provider. Gozmann does not see or store card numbers.

Delivery

We deliver to France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. Standard: 3–5 business days, €7.90, free from €150 after discounts. Express: 2–3 business days, €14.90. Risk passes on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. See the Withdrawal information page. Sealed fragrances and cosmetics unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Returns and refunds

We refund within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until goods are returned or you provide proof of dispatch. You pay return postage unless an item is faulty.

Legal guarantees

The statutory guarantee of conformity lasts two years under Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code. The hidden-defects guarantee is under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Promo codes

One promo code per order. Conditions are shown at checkout. Codes have no cash value.

Liability

Gozmann is liable under applicable law. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Mediation and disputes

After first contacting us, eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Médiateur du e-commerce de la FEVAD, 60 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.

Applicable law

French law applies without removing protection afforded by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
